Hi! My name is JC Marie Smith. I’m a Filipino-Alaskan professional photographer, small business owner, and proud mom of two energetic boys.

Being born and raised in Ketchikan, Alaska meant growing up surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and a rich cultural heritage. The beauty and vibrant community of my hometown have always inspired me to capture and preserve life’s most meaningful moments.

Life took an exciting turn when I met my husband, a dedicated member of the military. As a military spouse, I’ve had the privilege of living in different places and meeting amazing people along the way. The resilience and adaptability this lifestyle requires have shaped me into who I am today.

Now, our family is back in Alaska, this time in a remote part of this beautiful state that still feels just like home. My boys are my constant source of inspiration, reminding me every day to see the world with wonder and to treasure the little moments that matter most.
